Our Story

Summary
After years of working in various sales roles, regularly experiencing that no amount of hustle, performance, or grind (no pun intended), would ever actually satisfy "the suits" - One of our co-founders knew it was time for a change. With a love for people and coffee, they thought try their hand as a barista.  Little did they know at the time that it would grow into a deep passion and eventually lead us here to founding Fallow Coffee Co. From throwing down on the espresso bar as a barista to coffee shop/bakery management, and even developing roasts and blends as a Lead/Master roaster -  we are well acquainted with the love, craft, and fun of coffee.

The decision to finally launch out and start Fallow Coffee Co. was years in the making as our family has dreamed of this for some time. We are so grateful and thrilled to begin building this dream one step at a time with YOU!

Meet the Founders
Hi! My name is Tyler Delphous and I am one of the co-founders of Fallow Coffee Co. I partner with my wife Annelise in building, shaping, and leading the brand. I bring decades of coffee experience to the table with a love for coffee culture and a deep passion to cultivate meaningful moments and connections with people around me. I have an affinity for music- having written, recorded, and performed in bands since the early 2000's. I enjoy a good book, curated playlists, and spending time in the great outdoors with friends and family. Vocationally, I am also a minister and serve a local church as an Associate Pastor; working primarily with youth and young adults.

Hello! I am Annelise Delphous and I am one of the co-founders of Fallow Coffee Co. I partner with my husband Tyler in building, shaping, and leading the brand. While my resume does not reflect a working history with coffee, I can assure you I have been on the receiving end of the bliss of coffee for most of my life, and my mother previously owned and operated a coffee company as well!  I am a musician as well (like my husband) and have served in worship and youth ministries for decades. Vocationally, I am also a Counselor/Therapist. It is a common sight to find me with a good book, playing piano, serving fresh baked goods, or spending time with our family - which includes our dog, Brody!
